Frequently Asked Questions

We want to thank everyone who was able to be a part of our loyalty program. We are always looking for ways to reward our customers and show our appreciation for all the amazing support!

On January 1, 2023, points can no longer be be earned, however, Rewards will have until December 31, 2023 to be redeemed. While we are sad to see this go, you can rest assured this will not be the end of awesome experiences from us here at Parasole! We appreciate your continued patronage and loyalty.

UNDERSTANDING THE REDEMPTION PROCESS ON MY ACCOUNT

Each time your points balance meets the 350 point benchmark, points are converted into rewards on your account.

It's automatic. You do not need to request it. Any time you see a -350, you will see a corresponding "point award" balance of $10 added to your dining award.

NEED POINTS ADDED FOR PAST TRANSACTIONS?

If you forgot to present your card, you may receive credit up to 30 days from date of the purchase by 1) scanning your receipt and emailing it to [email protected]. Please include your name, member number, and phone number to ensure proper posting or 2) complete the form at: parasole.com/loyaltyrequest

EARNING POINTS

Q: What if I take another Dining Club member to dinner and want to foot the whole bill. Can I elect to have the points divided between me and my dining companion?

A: We’re happy to arrange that for you.

Q: Let’s say I dine with a non-member and we split the bill. Can I earn points on the whole check?

A: No, members can only earn points on the portion of bill they pay for.

Q: Will I earn points on to-go orders, happy hour dining, or with my mall discount?

A: Yes, yes and yes!

Q: Can I earn Dining Club points for group events at Parasole restaurants?
A: Absolutely! If you’re hosting a private party, work function or even a mini banquet, present your membership card to your server.  Points are issued only to the individual paying the guest check. 

Q: Do I earn points on tax and tip?
A: No. Points are earned on food and beverages only.

REWARDS

Q: What if I send my kid to one of the restaurants. Even though I’m not there, can he or she redeem rewards with my card?

A: Sure!

Q: What happens to the points earning rate at the end of each year?
A: The rate at which you earn points is on an annual spending basis. It will revert back to 1:1 on your enrollment anniversary date.

Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Yes, they expire 12 months from the day they are earned.

Q: Can I purchase Parasole Gift Card's with my rewards?
A: No.

VIEW TRANSACTIONS

Q: What are the advantages of accessing my account online.
A:  It’s easy and you have 24/7 access.  Here are a few popular features you can enjoy online:

  • Check your account balance anytime, including restaurant visits and dollars needed to reach the next level.
  • Manage your Member Profile (update address, add email, etc.).
  • Order a replacement membership card.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS

Q: Do I earn points for gift card purchases?
A: Yes, with the exception of holiday gift cards.

Q: If a restaurant is offering double points and I purchase gift cards there, do I get double points?
A: No, double points are only earned on food and beverage purchases.

Q: Do I earn points for Parasole holiday gift card purchases?
A: No. Dining Club points cannot be earned on holiday gift cards.

Q: Can I earn points when paying with a Parasole gift card?
A: No. However, you do earn points with the purchase of Parasole gift cards.

Q: Can I purchase a gift card with my rewards?
A: No, These are different programs.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Q: I lost my Dining Club card. Before I report it as lost, someone finds it and redeems rewards at one of the restaurants. Can I retain those rewards?

A: Unfortunately, no. We’re not responsible for a lost or stolen card, so be sure to deactivate your account the moment you discover that the card is no longer in your possession.
