History
Parasole was founded in 1977 by
Phil Roberts and Peter Mihajlov.
Kevin Kuester
joined the company
as a
partner in 2003 after working
closely with Parasole for over two
decades. Together
they oversee
operation
of Parasole Restaurant
Holdings, the Parasole Bakery,
and Idein, LLC, a consulting
service for restaurant
and retail
clients nationwide.

restaurant and the Oceanaire
Seafood Room, the company is
currently preparing to expand
Manny’s and
Chino Latino, while
developing additional concepts

Idein’s chefs and marketing team worked with Ricky Shaws’s principals to develop the to-go menu, refine concept positioning and to layout and design Ricky’s kitchen.
