10 Wines, 10 Bottles, for $10 every Monday night.

 

Minneapolis, Minn., October 21, 2008 – Tough times call for belt tightening – and bottle opening. To help guests preserve their quality of life amid the market meltdown, PITTSBURGH BLUE is offering 10 bottles of wine for just $10 every Monday night.

Wine isn’t an indulgence. These days it’s a necessity.

“Fundamental to the PITTSBURGH BLUE philosophy is that hard work has its rewards,” said founder Phil Roberts of Parasole Restaurant Holdings, “and one of life’s simple, but most profound pleasures is cracking a bottle of wine with dinner. The fact that it calms the nerves is all the more reason to ensure wine remains accessible to all.”

The wines offered at $10 a bottle will vary by availability, but on a recent Monday evening PITTSBURGH BLUE offered the following selections:

Come in on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights for recession-proof specials as well. And even on Friday and Saturday nights, PITTSBURGH BLUE’s regular menu offers a wide variety of menu items to suit every appetite and budget.
